Residential Expansion: Integrated Porch and Patio

Location: Santa Maria, RS

Project Description:

In this project, we were challenged to expand an existing residence by utilizing the backyard and integrating the new space with the garden. Our goal was to create a cozy and functional environment with light-toned and wooden furniture, meeting the client's detailed specifications.

Project Highlights:

1. Porch Area

Meeting the client's requests, we designed a porch that includes:

- Comfortable sofa and armchair

- A small dining area with a table and 4 chairs

- Light-toned furniture

- Shelves for decoration and storage

- TV and coffee table

2. Expansion and Functionality

In addition to the porch, the expansion included:

- Creation of a new bathroom

- Small increase in the laundry area, maintaining the original design

3. Integration with the Garden

The large patio was reorganized to include:

- Hammock for relaxing moments

- Outdoor sofa and armchairs

- Table with chairs for outdoor dining

- Reorganization of the existing walkway stones

4. Contemporary Design

To ensure an unobstructed view and a modern look, the area was integrated with frameless glass windows, a specific request from the client.
