Fontaínhas Project (Portugal)

Strategic 3D Visualization for Real Estate Enhancement

This project was developed in partnership with Romano Homes, based on an architectural design already completed by a Portugal-based architect. The goal was to transform a technical proposal into a clear, attractive, and commercially effective visual presentation.

With approximately 300 m² of built area distributed across three floors, the residence had a well-resolved architectural foundation, yet it was still distant from the final client’s perception — limited to the reading of floor plans and technical information.

With approximately 300 m² of built area distributed across three floors, the residence had a well-resolved architectural foundation, yet it was still distant from the final client’s perception — limited to the reading of floor plans and technical information.

The main challenge was not to design, but to communicate the value of the project.

As happens in many developments, the potential of the property was not easily understood by those unfamiliar with technical drawings. It was necessary to transform this content into something visual, accessible, and engaging — capable of creating an immediate emotional connection.

The role of Les Croquis went beyond modeling.

The focus was on translating the project into a coherent and strategic visual experience.

From the architectural drawings, the following were developed:

  • full 3D modeling of the residence,

  • interior styling for all spaces,

  • and the definition of the project’s visual language.

Every decision was made to enhance the existing architecture without overwhelming the spaces, maintaining a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and visual clarity.

The interior styling followed a contemporary approach, focusing on:

  • neutral color palettes,

  • natural materials,

  • and clean, organized compositions.

The render compositions were strategically designed to highlight:

  • spatial amplitude,

  • integration of social areas,

  • and the quality of natural lighting.

In addition, social spaces were prioritized, guiding the viewer’s perception toward the most attractive areas of the home.

The outdoor area, including the pool and landscaping, was developed as a visual extension of the project, contributing to a more complete understanding of the property.

This stage reinforces the importance of presenting not only the building itself, but the overall living experience it offers.

The result was the transformation of a technical project into a clear, engaging, and market-aligned visual material.

3D visualization made it possible to:

  • improve spatial understanding,

  • enhance the property’s perceived value,

  • and directly support its commercial presentation.

More than just images, the project began to communicate a lifestyle — reducing uncertainties and bringing the final client closer to a decision.

At Les Croquis, each project is developed with the goal of translating architecture into imagery — not just representing spaces, but revealing their full potential.
